About this site

This site started out with an addiction: The Opera Browser. Most content is still Opera-related, but is mainly my own personal exercise in XHTML and CSS. I use PHP for all dynamic content.

I have strived towards using as minimal XHTML as possible, at first this was because I didn't know how to make it very advanced, but I have since noticed that less really is more. The only thing that will look different on this site is, tada, the look, acheived ad CSS instead of old, silly HTML. CSS is supported only by the best browsers, that means Opera, Gecko (Mozilla, Firefox, Galon, Camino etc) and KHTML (Konqueror and Safari et al).

This means a lot of it will look crap in Internet Explorer, but I guess you are used to that .

Have you though about that if there weren't standard ways to run the internet, we would have a lot of small 'nationets'? If it was like that, China wouldn't have to censor the internet, and the US government could easily have mislead it's population even more about the wars it run.
We must use the same language not to misunderstand each other, and this means using documented, open codes when writing websites. Click any of the links below to check if this site is "valid" XHTML or CSS.
